The Reploid Resistance, led by the legendary reploid Zero and Doctor Ciel, had stood up for several years to the antireploid sentiment Neo Arcadia had begun. Then one day, the Resistance was approached by the cyber-elf form of the original Mega Man X. X had guided the efforts of Zero in the past, but this time he presented the flagging Resistance with a new alternative that could give them back their long lost hope for peace; a future on a new planet. That hope was a massive colony ship, the "Icarus", built on the dark side of the moon in secret. X suggested to reach for the third planet of the Epsilon Indri star system, a 45-year trek that would take them to their new home. However, X’s plans were met with mixed opinions as Zero, Ciel, and several others whom had fought against Neo Arcadia for very long, did not want to lay down their weapons and run away. So it came to this that Resistance was divided, and while Zero, Doctor Ciel and many others were left behind, the rest of them set off with the "Icarus", to the new planet far away. In the year 2325, the colony vessel set down with a crash as its trip was over, wings disposed off, much like its namesake. The "Icarus" would never fly again, but served as a base for the Terran colonists to explore their new world, a planet that they came to be called "New Horizon". http://www.mmau.proboards80.com/
